Carriers & Signature Requirements

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. 

We offer optimised shipping options with the best available rates and delivery option for your location, shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping for orders over £200 USD

United States

  • Free shipping for orders over $600 USD
  • Duties and taxes included at checkout

Australia

  • Free shipping for orders over $800 AUD
  • Duties and taxes included at checkout

Processing Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM UK time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or during weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping rates at the checkout for all international shipments.

During promotions or high-volume periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking within 1 business day of your order, please contact us.
