We want you to love your Me Esse pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy, hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please review the details below before submitting a return request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Customer.Support@meesse.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer free exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  4. Pack your item(s) securely and send via a trackable shipping method

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as Me Esse is not liable for items lost in transit.
